Coroner presumption

On 12 September 1996, the Ontario Coroner made a declaration of Presumption of Death with respect to all six Lost Boys. Whether or not this presumption is valid, considering the lack of evidence, it is within the purview of the Coroner to make this declaration. What this meant to police is anyone's guess.
